Crystal Daye is a minister, author, inspirational speaker, empowerment coach and an all-around Jesus girl. Born on Maxfield Avenue and raised in the Kencot community in Jamaica at a young age started dreaming big. She graduated as a top student from the Convent of Mercy "Alpha Academy", she possesses a BSc. in Management Studies and a Certificate in Biblical Studies. 

Crystal grew up highly motivated to be successful  because her parents always instilled in her that “Education is the key to success” so she wanted to make them proud.
 

Crystal always had a passion for helping people, especially young girls in the inner-city. Hence, She started a series of summer workshops to help girls in the community to improve their self-esteem and confidence; little did She know that this would set the foundation for my purpose in God’s kingdom. In April 2014, She’s Royal Movement was founded, a faith-based organization that inspires women of all ages to become true purpose-driven ladies, who are and know their worth. 

After series of brokenness in her life, Crystal’ve been able to walk in her purpose and watch God unveil bigger plans than that she could ever imagine. She always knew she was not just placed on this earth to "pay bills and die", so she was determined to fulfill her God-given dreams and purpose. Crystal’ve authored her first book ‘Living a Royal Reality’ and She is in the process of launching my company DayeLight International, a personal development and publishing company. 

 

Crystal is dedicated to help others discover  their purpose, conquer their fears and limiting beliefs that are holding them back from becoming the best GOD has called them to be!!
