1.  RHRLU looks for opportunity to help individuals and organizations that are based in the Red Hills District and sorrounding areas. We (RHRLU) aspire to become an active participant with regards to making the Red Hills comunity more influencial and renown  in the parish of Saint Andrew and the country of Jamaica.  We hope to work closely with social agencies such as churches, academic organization such as schools to influence and impact change in the communities enabling them to become places of choice for work, play and socialeconomic development.
